Call 331-465-9219 so we can help you while you're on the phone.

Download and open the app
Click the button for your computer above, then open the file you downloaded.

Read us your ID and code
Read us the ID and one-time code the app shows. Then we connect and help.
You're in control. We can only connect with the code you give us, and you can close the app anytime to end the session.
Using a Mac?
After you open the app, we'll ask you to copy these server settings and paste them into it. We'll walk you through it on the phone.
Not sure which Mac you have? Apple menu → About This Mac. “Chip: Apple” means the regular Mac download; “Processor: Intel” means the Intel download.
